Specializing in the R&D, production and sales of high-temperature vacuum furnaces, industrial furnaces, experimental electric furnaces, hardness testers, material testing machines and other material preparation testing instruments; advanced design ideas, exquisite production technology and strong scientific research capabilities for military aerospace, research institutes, Universities, factories and enterprises provide overall solutions from research and development of new materials to mass production.

Our self-developed product "A-VB Series High Vacuum Brazing Annealing Furnace" was awarded by the Chinese Society for Science and Technology Progress and was also rated as an important product in China. At the same time, our furnace has applied for and obtained many patents.

The AmiiYu team consists of many experienced engineers who have worked in the vacuum equipment manufacturing industry for many years. The ultra-high temperature vacuum furnaces developed and produced by our company include: high vacuum brazing furnace, high temperature box furnace, vacuum atmosphere tube furnace, vacuum atmosphere box furnace, crucible lifting furnace, rapid annealing furnace, pit furnace CVD series and various Industry special furnaces, etc. There are dozens of product models. The hardness testers produced by our company are: Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, and more than 100 varieties in four series, and various non-standard products can be customized after the roots of Haruto. On sale: There are two procedures and quality acceptance in the equipment manufacturing process:

1. Pre-acceptance (factory acceptance test): The factory acceptance test is carried out before shipment from the supplier's factory.

Including the quality of the whole equipment and the stability test of operation.

2. Final acceptance (on-site acceptance test): the on-site acceptance test is carried out in the customer's workshop.

Including the quality of the whole equipment, the appearance of each system of the equipment, and the acceptance of technical parameters.

After-sales service: The warranty period is one year after the final acceptance, which includes non-artificially damaged parts (excluding vulnerable parts), labor, transportation and other costs.

After the equipment is shipped to the customer's factory, 2-4 technical engineers will be arranged to help the buyer to install and train. The installation time is determined by the furnace model.

In the process of equipment installation and commissioning, the supplier shall be responsible for training the workers of the customer’s equipment for operation and maintenance. After training, the customer’s technical personnel can operate the equipment independently and correctly, and judge faults and equipment maintenance is simple.
